Brunca Rent a Car’s coverage available to rent the vehicles is as follows:

 LDW (Loss Damage Waiver):

This coverage is mandatory for the rental of vehicles, covers damage to property of third parties and liability for injury and deaths of third parties. With a sum insured of ¢100.000.000 per person or ¢200.000.000 per event on civil liability for injury and death of people, and ¢30.000.000 in civil liability for damage to property of third parties, with a deductible of 20% of the damage caused. Also covers damage to the rented vehicle in case of accident, overturning, shock and damage to the rented vehicle, the maximum amount of the deductible would be $1000. In case of total loss or theft of the vehicle (this coverage does not include theft of personal items) the customer will cancel a deductible of $2000.

TP-0 Deductible (Third Party 0 Deductible):

TP-0 Deductibles coverage offers an extra insurance LDW option because this coverage in the event of damage to third parties does not have to carry out the cancellation of the deductible.

MC (Maximum Coverage):

Brunca Rent a Car offers total coverage in which the cancellation of deductible in harm to others, damage to the rented vehicle, total loss or car theft would be $0.

Requirements to validate coverage:

_ Notice immediately to Brunca Rent a Car telephones.

_According to Costa Rica’s traffic laws, the vehicle should not move until the traffic officer indicates it.

-Always submit the ticket that the official provides, always request an alcohol test.

-Submit the declaration realized to the proper authority.

-Deliver all the documentation to the Brunca Rent a Car’s office.

NO COVERAGE WILL BE VALID IF THE INCIDENT IS CAUSED BY NEGLIGENT DRIVING.
