1. Where are you located?
We are located in San Isidro de El General, Pérez Zeledón, San José, Costa Rica.
2. Can I rent the vehicle in other location?
Yes, you can rent it anywhere in the country. We can take the car to the Juan
Santamaría Int. Airport, Dominical, Uvita, Palmar Norte, Paso Canoas, Buenos
Aires, Matapalo, Quepos, Guanacaste, San Carlos, Limón, San José, and other
locations of Costa Rica.
3. How much is the deposit?
The deposit is $1000 for all our vehicles.
4. What is the minimum and maximum length to rent a car?
As minimum 24 hours. As maximum, the length you want, but the contract most be
renewed every 30 days.
5. Can I go out from Costa Rica with the vehicle?
The vehicle use is exclusive inside Costa Rica.
6. Can I pay the car deposit in cash?
You have to consult with the agent.
7. Can I use my credit card insurances in Costa Rica?
Yes, as long as the credit card company provides you an authorization letter.
8. What are the protections you have?
LDW – Loss Damage Waiver
TP 0 deductibles – Third Party 0 deductibles
MC – Maximum Coverage
9. When should I pay the total car use
The payment will be at the end of the rental when you return the vehicle
10. What additional services do you offer?
- Baby seat for $3 per day.
- GPS for $6 per day.
11. What does the rate include?
The rate includes: basic insurance, taxes, unlimited mileage, 24/7 on route service.
12. What should I do in case of an accident?
- Do not move the car - Keep calm - Call us to report the accident
- Call traffic police
RECOMMENDATIONS
Documents you should bring with you for the rental:
1. Passport: Please make sure to let us know Costa Rica's arrival date due to foreign driver licenses are valid only 90 days after entry into the country.
2. Non-expired driver license.
3. Credit or debit card with funds available to cover the service.
Additional information you most know:
- Is illegal to drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Traffic police is authorized to hold your license and the vehicle.
- Watch the speed while you drive, here are cameras to control it and make you a ticket if you exceed the speed limit.
- If you have an accident you most call us immediately. Wait for traffic police and insurance company because is obligatory to present the accident reports.
- We do not authorize our vehicles to get out of the country.
- If you get a ticket, the traffic police isn’t authorized to get the payment of it. You can pay in our office.
- Traffic police can stop you on route for a daily routine and check your license, passport and rental contract.
- If a tire explodes, lock the car and do not accept help from others.
